... Holy Jesus, he was pulling things out like I never expected. I've run this scenario before, and the person who gets stuck with the Pun-ter always looks horrified at the thought of talking in rhyme or twisting phrases. This guy must do it for a living. Probably involved in politics.

The D&D game was delightfully violent. Not as much wordplay (thankfully) but there was an intestinal shower of monk bits over a tower wall.

auf sein singledasein angesprochen, sagt m., die frau, die er wolle, habe seit wochen einen freund. naja. in den vier monaten, die er sie vorher schon mochte, habe er sich zu nichts bestimmtem durchringen können. naja. früher habe er sich verliebt, und dann habe er nicht nur nie was gesagt, sondern das haus nicht mehr verlassen. und aufgehört zu essen. fünfzehn kilo später sei ihm aber glücklicherweise die psychoanalyse eingefallen. naja.

allerdings nie das erröten von l. vergessen, die mit 16 bei uns am mittagstisch gastierte und dort natürlich von meiner mutter gesiezt wurde. dann schwenk meiner mutter zu mir: "na lieb. solche apfelbäckchen hat sie." schwenk zurück zu l. "sie können sich ruhig noch eine portion nehmen."
